Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy describes the cancellation and refund terms for ResumeShip subscriptions. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation your account reverts to the free plan; any documents you created remain accessible.
2. Refund Policy
ResumeShip accepts refund requests made within 30 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, email us at [email protected]. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 30-day refund window has expired.
- One-time credit purchases that have already been consumed.
- Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service.
- Paid subscriptions initiated during a free trial (where a trial was explicitly offered).
4. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically. To prevent a renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your billing period. You can cancel from the billing section in your account settings.
5. Price Changes
Changes to pricing will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not apply to the current billing period and will take effect at the next renewal.
