Tâches principales

  • Incorporez les échantillons de tissus dans des blocs de cire de paraffine ou infiltrez les échantillons de tissus avec de la cire.
  • Cut sections of body tissues for microscopic examination, using microtomes.
  • Stain tissue specimens with dyes or other chemicals to make cell details visible under microscopes.
