  • Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.

  • Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
  • Answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts.
  • Overtuig klanten om verschuldigde bedragen op kredietrekeningen, schadeclaims of niet-betaalbare cheques te betalen, of om goederen terug te sturen.
  • Telefonisch of persoonlijk met klanten overleggen om de redenen voor achterstallige betalingen vast te stellen en de voorwaarden van verkoop-, service- of kredietcontracten te bekijken.
  • Ontvang betalingen en boek bedragen die naar klantaccounts zijn betaald.
  • Trace delinquent customers to new addresses by inquiring at post offices, telephone companies, credit bureaus, or through the questioning of neighbors.
